Welcome to Smart Finds RSA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing from us.

1. Store Information

Smart Finds RSA operates as an online store selling products within South Africa.

2. Customer Information

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information, including:

- Full name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Payment information

Smart Finds RSA will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible.

Smart Finds RSA reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order if:

- The product is out of stock
- Payment is unsuccessful or suspicious
- Delivery information is incorrect or incomplete
- There is a pricing error
- There is a product information error
- Fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected
- The order cannot be delivered to the customer’s area

4. Product Information

We do our best to make sure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, product colours, packaging, size, and appearance may look slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, supplier updates, or product changes.

Customers must read the product description carefully before placing an order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and approved, or once a Cash on Delivery order has been accepted by Smart Finds RSA.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may only be available in selected areas.

Smart Finds RSA reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery if:

- The delivery area is too far
- The order appears suspicious
- The customer has previously cancelled, refused, or failed to accept delivery
- The customer cannot be contacted to confirm the order

Customers must make sure they are available to receive and pay for the order on delivery.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Smart Finds RSA delivers within South Africa only.

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer if unexpected circumstances occur, including courier delays, supplier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, stock availability issues, or any situation outside of our control.

8. Delivery Address

Customers must provide the correct and complete delivery address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address or contact details are incorrect, the customer may be responsible for any extra delivery, return, or re-delivery costs.

9. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, parts, and packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase

10. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns if:

- The item has been used
- The item has been damaged by the customer
- The item is missing parts, accessories, tags, manuals, or packaging
- The item has been washed, worn, opened, altered, assembled, installed, or tampered with
- The item shows signs of wear, misuse, neglect, or abuse
- The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the order
- The customer no longer wants the item after the allowed return period

11. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers must make sure the item is safely packaged when returning it. Smart Finds RSA is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or not received.

12. Refunds

Refunds are not automatic.

Returned items must first be received and inspected by Smart Finds RSA.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused.

Shipping fees, delivery fees, return shipping costs, and handling fees are non-refundable.

13. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- A clear explanation of the problem

We will review the case and decide the appropriate solution in line with South African consumer law.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit.

14. Customer Damage

Smart Finds RSA will not accept responsibility for damage caused by:

- Incorrect use of the product
- Misuse or abuse
- Dropping or breaking the item
- Water damage
- Incorrect installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Using the product for the wrong purpose
- Failing to follow product instructions

Items damaged by the customer cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

15. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer must follow the return process.

16. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and correctly.

Smart Finds RSA is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by incorrect use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

17. Limitation of Liability

Smart Finds RSA will not be responsible for any indirect loss, personal loss, business loss, loss of profit, courier delays, misuse of products, or damages caused after the item has been delivered and used by the customer.

18. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, provide false information, interfere with the website, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

19. Changes to Products, Prices, and Terms

Smart Finds RSA may update products, prices, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time without notice.

By continuing to use our website or placing an order, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
