Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Smart Finds RSA. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Area

Smart Finds RSA delivers within South Africa only.

Delivery may not be available in all areas. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we may contact you to arrange an alternative option or cancel and refund the order if necessary.

2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer if unexpected circumstances occur, including courier delays, supplier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, stock availability issues, or any situation outside of our control.

We will do our best to keep customers updated if there are any major delays.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received and confirmed, or after a Cash on Delivery order has been accepted.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may only be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.

If free shipping is offered, it only applies to eligible orders and selected delivery areas.

5. Correct Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details, including:

- Full name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Street address
- Suburb
- City
- Province
- Postal code

Smart Finds RSA will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

6. Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver because the customer is unavailable, does not answer the phone, gives the wrong address, or refuses the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery, return, or re-delivery fees.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may only be available in selected areas.

Customers must make sure they are available to receive and pay for the order on delivery.

Smart Finds RSA reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery if the delivery area is too far, the order appears suspicious, or the customer has previously cancelled, refused, or failed to accept delivery.

8. Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery may be affected by the courier’s schedule and operations.

Smart Finds RSA is not responsible for courier delays that are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist customers where possible.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- A clear explanation of the problem

We will review the issue and decide the appropriate solution in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Smart Finds RSA.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers must make sure returned items are safely packaged. Smart Finds RSA is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or not received.
